The team comprises of three fully accredited Mechanical Technicians – one also a fully accredited Machinist/Engineer; one Apprentice; one Workshop Hand and one Office Administrator.

Seb Tolson
Head of Engineering & Machining
Fully accredited Fitter & Machinist in Engine Reconditioning and Brake Hose Manufacturing.
Licenced Automotive Technician.

It could be said that Seb started his ‘apprenticeship’ as a toddler, growing up ‘in the workshop’ where he spent every day prior and after school and every school holidays. He began his formal apprenticeship with Repco Machinery’s Shop in Lismore and was one of the first high school students on the North Coast to take advantage of the then newly innovative School-based apprentice scheme whilst still attending high school and studying for his HSC. Since completing his apprenticeship, Seb has spent years honing his craft and has worked for some of the best Mechanical Engineering companies on the North Coast and in Victoria and now brings his skills and expertise to Alstonville Automotive Services where he heads up the Machining & Engineering side of the business.

Ryan Dollery
Licenced Automotive Technician
Fully qualified Licenced Automotive Technician (Automotive Cert. III)
Ryan joined Alstonville Automotive Services in mid 2013 as a first year automotive apprentice via the School-based Apprenticeship Scheme. Then continued his apprenticeship full time with Alstonville Automotive Services until completion.
In 2018 Ryan finalised his apprenticeship and became a fully qualified Licenced Automotive Technician.
Ryan is also an accredited RMS Light Vehicle Inspector.
